Overview

The capacity of AC F evaporators varies from 20.000 l (5.300 gal) to 60.000 l (15.800 gal) of distillate per day. The distillate can be recycled and the concentrate is a pumpable fluid.

The heat needed to boil the waste water is supplied by hot water run into the heat exchanger. The cooling needed to condensate the steam is supplied by cold tap water. Both the hot and the cold water have to be supplied by the user.

The EW-series is ideal when a thermal energy surplus and cogeneration plants are available.

EVALED® RV N-Series

Designed for oily wastewater treatment in the mechanical and surface treatments segments. The N system can produce between 3,000 and 6,000 liters of distillate per day. It is skid-mounted, modular, flexible, fully automatic and ready to use thanks to the plug-and-play system.

EVALED® RV F-Series

Based on forced circulation technology through an external shell and tube heat exchanger. The evaporator allows high levels of waste concentration and considerable reduction in the cleaning and maintenance operations. It can produce between 10,000 and 120,000 liters of distillate per day.

EVALED® AC R-Series

A hot/cold water evaporator/crystallizer with a scraped heat exchanger surface that transfers heat. It is designed to treat wastewater containing a high concentration of suspended and dissolved solids and its distillate is recyclable, free of dissolved salts and a semi-solid concentrate.

EVALED® PC R-Series

With a capacity of 150 to 2,000 liters per day, the exchange of heat is done via a conical jacket at the base of the boiling chamber. Simultaneously the inner heating surface is continuously cleaned by scrapers while also stirring the concentrate. This is designed to produce a high final concentration.

EVALED® PC F-Series

With a capacity of 700 to 24,000 liters per day, the F series produces maximum distillate quality with minimum capital and operating costs. It’s compact skid-mounted and easy to move. The evaporators operate in a high-vacuum condition to save the thermal energy produced by the heat pump.
